8. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers must inspect the machinery immediately upon delivery.

  • Any visible damage or discrepancies must be noted on the delivery receipt before signing.

  • Claims for transport damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Failure to report damages within this timeframe may void the claim.

9. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

For international shipments:

  • The buyer is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, and local regulations.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

10. Title and Risk of Loss
